Interdisciplinary Studies
- Interdisciplinary studies refers to three or more departments participating to form a new virtual department in which students can obtain credits from the various departments’ available courses. Cooperation from the participating departments allows for a varied and specialized form of study. The major difference between this type of study and multi-fields of study is that the latter is takes its studies from already existing departments, while interdisciplinary studies forms a new virtual department not in existence at the school.
